Lenna

Lenna is a psychedelic integration coach, women’s circle facilitator and advanced EFT practitioner. Lenna’s healing journey began when she was catapulted into a spiritual emergency after an Ayahuasca ceremony. With no support or framework to integrate such a powerful experience, Lenna discovered practices and tools to help her navigate this turbulent time in her life. After many years on the psychedelic healing path Lenna decided to train as an integration specialist under Shiri Godasi, a pioneering integration professional based in the US. Lenna learned how o hold space for those who are navigating their own psychedelic healing journeys and what it means to truly integrate these profound experiences. Lenna creates a warm, friendly and safe space to dive deeply with her clients and has seen incredible transformations from clients who have committed to long term coaching containers.
